Hi, I’m Coach Lennox, a certified swimming instructor with G-Mile Pro.
At G-Mile Pro, I offer comprehensive swimming programs for beginners, intermediate learners, and competitive swimmers. We also provide water aerobics and water safety training for both children and adults.
Beyond teaching strokes and techniques, my role includes developing structured training plans, improving endurance and form, building water confidence, correcting posture and breathing, and preparing swimmers mentally and physically for competitions. I also ensure every session is conducted in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment.
My mission is simple: to build strong, confident, and skilled swimmers who feel at home in the water.
